Can one sheet of rubber cover my whole porch roof with no seams?
Often, yes, or close to it. Makers sell EPDM in wide rolls, some up to 50 feet across, and others up to 10 feet with factory seam tape, so a porch or deck roof can usually be covered with one piece or very few seams. The edges and corners still need careful flashing, so fewer seams does not mean fewer details to get right.
The rubber roof on my house has pulled away from the wall. Is that normal?
